Placements24 is seeking an experienced Real Estate Development Manager to lead projects in Upington and the Northern Cape region. You will oversee the full development lifecycle—from site acquisition and planning to construction, marketing and sales—while managing budgets, timelines and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Excellent financial acumen, negotiation, and leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in real estate development , project management, or a related field.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex development projects from inception to completion.
• Strong understanding of zoning laws, building codes, and permitting processes.
• Excellent financial acumen, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of the Upington and Northern Cape property development landscape is essential.
