Placements24 is seeking an experienced Real Estate Developer to lead end-to-end property development projects in and around Paarl, Western Cape. You will identify sites, secure financing, guide design and construction, and drive successful completions that meet market demand.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of zoning laws, building codes, and development regulations in the Western Cape.
• Excellent financial acumen, including experience with project financing and pro forma analysis.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects, including budgets, timelines, and stakeholder relationships.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
