NW Recruitment Services Ltd is seeking an experienced Working Site Foreman to lead day-to-day site operations for joinery and interior fit-out projects. You will ensure safety, quality, and timely delivery while coordinating subcontractors, tradespeople, and site staff on Northwest-focused work with ad hoc national assignments.
The role requires travelling and staying away 6–8 weeks at a time, with potential overtime as project demands dictate.
Location: Preston site, national UK travel required
Hours: Monday to Friday, average 45 – 50 hours per week
NW Recruitment Services Ltd are working exclusively in partnership with a well-established and growing manufacturer and supplier specialising in bespoke joinery and commercial interior fit-out solutions.
Due to continued growth and increasing project demand, we are seeking an experienced and proactive Working Site Foreman to join the team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced site professional with a strong background in joinery, interior fit-outs, and site supervision to take ownership of projects (Northwest focus primarily, ad hoc national works).
About the role:
As a Working Site Foreman, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on time, and to the highest standards of workmanship. This is a hands-on role that combines site supervision with practical involvement, requiring candidates to lead by example while coordinating site teams, subcontractors, materials, and project timelines.
The role will involve travel and working away from home depending on project requirements, typically for periods of 6 – 8 weeks at a time, Monday to Friday. Overtime may be available depending on project requirements and may (infrequently) include weekend and night work where necessary.
