NW Recruitment Services Ltd is seeking an experienced Working Site Foreman to lead day-to-day site operations for joinery and interior fit-out projects. You will ensure safety, quality, and timely delivery while coordinating subcontractors, tradespeople, and site staff on Northwest-focused work with ad hoc national assignments.

The role requires travelling and staying away 6–8 weeks at a time, with potential overtime as project demands dictate.

Responsabilités

• Take responsibility for site health & safety, including sub-contractors and compliance alongside company procedures
• Supervise and coordinate all onsite operations to ensure projects progress in line with programme deadlines
• Oversee and manage sub-contractors, tradespeople, and site staff
• Resolve onsite issues quickly and effectively as they arise
• Ensure all work is completed to the required quality standards and specifications
• Interpret and work from technical drawings, specifications, and plans
• Liaise with the finance and procurement department to order materials and ensure timely delivery to site
• Monitor project progress and proactively manage delays or operational challenges
• Attend and contribute to planning and progress meetings with senior management
• Act as the key onsite point of contact for clients, contractors, and internal teams
• Maintain communication with senior management regarding project progress - updates, reports, and feedback from site activities
• Ensure excellent professional standards are maintained when dealing with clients and stakeholders
