Role Description The Senior Site Foreman role is a full-time, on-site position based in the City of Cape Town. This role oversees day-to-day site operations, including coordinating teams, monitoring work progress, and ensuring that construction activities follow project plans, quality standards, and safety regulations. The Senior Site Foreman manages the use of materials and heavy equipment, resolves on-site issues, and liaises with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to keep work on schedule. Daily responsibilities include supervising carpentry and maintenance tasks, conducting site inspections, maintaining accurate records, and promoting a safe working environment. The role also involves communicating clearly with all team members, providing guidance, and supporting continuous improvement on the site.
