Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in monitoring and evaluation, preferably in non-profit or development sectors.
• Strong understanding of quantitative and qualitative research methods and data analysis techniques.
• Proficiency in data analysis software (e.g., SPSS, R, Excel) and M&E database management.
• Excellent report writing and presentation skills.
• Experience in designing surveys and data collection tools.
• A relevant degree in Statistics, Economics, Social Sciences, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement M&E frameworks, tools, and methodologies for various programs.
• Develop data collection plans, including surveys, interviews, and focus group guides.
• Collect, clean, and analyze quantitative and qualitative data to assess program performance and impact.
• Prepare clear M&E reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide recommendations for program improvement based on M&E findings.
• Train program staff and partners on M&E best practices and data collection techniques.
• Ensure data quality and ethical data management practices are maintained throughout all M&E activities.
