Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in monitoring and evaluation, research, or related field.
• Certification in monitoring and evaluation is advantageous.
• Fluency in English and proficiency in other South African languages is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement monitoring and evaluation frameworks, plans, and systems.
• Design and implement data collection tools and ensure data quality.
• Prepare regular reports for stakeholders.
• Conduct evaluations to assess program effectiveness and impact.
• Provide training on M&E concepts, tools, and methods.
• Work with program teams to inform decision-making.
