Job summary

ARRB Systems SA seeks two Project Technical Leads (RAMS Engineer) to provide technical and project leadership in planning, coordination, delivery, and close-out of infrastructure asset management programmes in the Asset Management team.

The roles require strong stakeholder engagement, technical leadership, and mentoring within multidisciplinary teams; based at the Westmead, KZN office and involve travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree, BTech, Advanced Diploma or equivalent in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in infrastructure asset management or related projects with leadership.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in pavement engineering or asset management.

Responsibilities

• Plan, lead and coordinate programmes from inception through close-out.
• Develop and maintain project execution plans, risk registers and change-control records.
• Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment and subcontractors.
• Ensure field operations, data collection and reporting meet project requirements.
• Review technical outputs for accuracy and quality.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and mentor staff.
