The role requires a 4+ year background in process development or pilot operations, with strong skills in process simulation, kinetics, and thermodynamics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering.
• 4+ years in process development, R&D, or pilot plant operations.
• Proficient in process simulation software and data analysis tools.
• Strong knowledge of kinetics, thermodynamics, and reaction engineering.

Responsabilités

• Develop and optimize chemical processes for new product introductions from lab scale to pilot plant.
• Conduct process modeling and simulation to predict performance and identify critical operating parameters.
• Design and execute experiments to gather data for process validation and scale-up.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges during process development and scale-up.
• Collaborate with R&D scientists to ensure seamless technology transfer to manufacturing.
• Prepare technical documentation, including process descriptions, P&IDs, and safety assessments.
