About the Role

Our client is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Quantity Surveyor to manage costs and contracts for construction projects based in Richards Bay . This hybrid role involves both on-site assessments and remote data analysis, ensuring financial viability and accurate cost control throughout the project lifecycle. You will be responsible for estimating, tendering, and contract administration, providing critical financial insights to project stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mind, excellent negotiation skills, and a comprehensive understanding of construction economics and contractual frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documents for construction projects .
