About the Role

This role is critical for overseeing and controlling all costs relating to construction projects, from initial calculations to final figures. You will ensure that projects are completed within financial targets, managing procurement, managing contracts, and providing essential financial advice to project teams. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and submit detailed cost estimates and bills of quantities for construction projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the construction industry.
• Proven ability in contract administration and understanding of various contract types (e.g., FIDIC).
• Proficiency in cost management software and standard office applications.
• Strong negotiation skills and a keen eye for detail in financial analysis and reporting.
