Placements24 is seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to manage costs and contracts for construction projects in Vereeniging, Gauteng. You will prepare cost estimates, administer contracts, and monitor expenditure to keep projects within budget.

The role requires knowledge of procurement, risk management, and robust financial reporting. You will work with project teams to optimise value, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure compliance with FIDIC/NEC contracts.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.
