We are looking for accurate, practical Cost Engineers who understand both the technical and financial side of complex installation projects. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with calculations, quotations, tenders, project documentation and technical teams.

You could be a good fit if you:

• Speak Afrikaans and English well
• Have a relevant technical qualification, such as MBO4 equivalent, National Diploma, BTech, Degree or similar in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or a related technical field
• Have experience as a Cost Engineer / Technical Calculator / Estimator / Quantity Surveyor / Project Cost Controller
• Have worked in technical environments such as building services, hospitals, universities, offices, data centres, utilities, infrastructure, energy or industrial installations
• Can prepare accurate cost estimates, budgets, quotations and calculations based on technical drawings, specifications and project requirements
• Understand how to calculate costs for materials, labour, equipment, subcontractors and installation work
• Have experience with tenders, pre-engineering, procurement support, project cost control or contract-related documentation
• Can analyse project scope, identify risks and think along in cost-effective technical solutions
• Work accurately and communicate well with project leaders, contract managers, engineers, technicians, suppliers and subcontractors
• Are motivated to work abroad and grow long-term in the Netherlands
