We are seeking BIM Modellers / Coordinators with Revit experience who can translate designs into accurate 3D models, perform clash detection and coordinate with engineers, project managers and construction teams across multidisciplinary projects.

Qualifications

• Diploma, BTech, Degree or equivalent in Civil/Structural Engineering or related field.
• Experience as BIM Modeller / BIM Coordinator / Structural Revit Modeller.
• Experience with Navisworks and/or Solibri is a strong advantage.
• Understanding IFC models, BIM Execution Plans and LOD requirements.

Responsibilities

BIM Modellers / BIM Coordinators in South Africa: are you ready to take your engineering career to the Netherlands?

• Speak Afrikaans and English well
• Have a Diploma, BTech, Degree or similar qualification in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering or a related field
• Have experience as a BIM Modeller / BIM Coordinator / Structural Revit Modeller
• Have experience with Navisworks and/or Solibri, which is a strong advantage
• Understand IFC models, BIM Execution Plans and LOD requirements
• Have a sound understanding of structural engineering principles
• Can perform clash detection, quality checks and model coordination
• Work well with engineers, project managers, construction teams and multidisciplinary project teams
• Are motivated to work abroad and grow long-term in the Netherlands
