Responsibilities

• Inspect and approve or reject incoming raw materials and components.
• Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality and food safety standards.
• Conduct detailed inspections of finished products and document outcomes.
• Implement and maintain statistical control methods to prevent and detect defects throughout production.
• Maintain and update quality control records including technical data sheets, inspection reports, and certificates of conformity.
• Assist in internal audits related to hygiene and food safety systems.
• Support company certification initiatives to ensure processes and outputs align with regulatory and industry standards.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement by addressing quality deviations and supporting corrective action plans.
• Act as a liaison between internal teams and external partners, ensuring transparency and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect and approve or reject incoming raw materials and components in accordance with company specifications.

• Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality and food safety standards using inspection tools and defined parameters.

• Conduct detailed inspections of finished products, documenting outcomes and collaborating with production teams to handle non-conformities.

• Implement and maintain statistical control methods to prevent and detect defects throughout production.

• Assist in internal audits related to hygiene and food safety systems.
