As the Quality and Food Safety Manager, you'll play a critical role in ensuring that the products meet the highest standards of safety, quality, and compliance.   • Lead internal and external audits, investigations, and corrective actions
  • Maintain certifications and elevate QFS standards
• Drive Strategy & Innovation
  • Align QFS strategy with broader business objectives
  • Contribute to cost‑saving initiatives and policy development
  • Lead continuous improvement and risk management projects
• Be the Technical Expert
  • Provide legal, technical, and advisory support
  • Develop training content and policy manuals
  • Represent QFS in cross‑functional committees
• Manage Suppliers & Incident Protocols
  • Ensure supplier compliance and monitor performance
  • Maintain accurate incident records and drive resolutions

Qualifications

• National Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or Biotechnology (NQF Level 7)
• Up to 6 years’ experience in food safety, quality control, or quality assurance
