Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in quality engineering or a manufacturing setting.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001).
• Experience with inspection techniques, statistical process control (SPC), and root cause analysis.
• Proficiency with metrology equipment and tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality control plans and procedures for mechanical components and assemblies.
• Conduct inspections and testing to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Analyze quality data, identify trends, and implement CAPA actions.
• Collaborate with design and production teams to address quality issues and improve reliability.
• Manage calibration and maintenance of quality control equipment.
