Job summary

Pg Group in Polokwane, an aviation MRO leader, seeks an experienced Aviation Quality Assurance Manager to establish and maintain the QMS, ensuring compliance with SACAA CAR 145 and EASA standards in a demanding operational environment.

You will lead audits, drive corrective actions, mentor QA staff, review documentation, monitor KPIs, and liaise with regulators and customers to foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree or technical qualification in Engineering, Aviation Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years in aviation quality assurance, with at least 3 years in a management or supervisory role.
• In-depth knowledge of aviation maintenance regulations (e.g., SACAA CAR 145, EASA).

About the Role Our client, a leading aviation maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) organization based in Polokwane, is actively recruiting for an experienced Aviation Quality Assurance Manager. This critical role is responsible for establishing, implementing, and maintaining the company's Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with aviation regulations and industry standards.
