Placements24 is seeking a Quality Control Supervisor for our FMCG manufacturing partner in Stellenbosch, Western Cape. You will lead a team of QC technicians, implement testing procedures, and drive continuous improvement in quality management systems to ensure products meet safety and quality standards.

The role requires overseeing testing across raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods, with strong emphasis on compliance and data-driven problem solving in a fast-paced production

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Biology, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in quality control or quality assurance in FMCG.
• Experience supervising a team and managing QA processes.
• Strong knowledge of HACCP and ISO quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide the daily activities of the quality control team, ensuring adherence to protocols.
• Develop, implement, and monitor quality control procedures and testing methods for raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant food safety and quality regulations and standards.
• Analyze quality data, identify trends, and implement corrective actions to resolve quality issues.
