Placements24 is seeking a dedicated Quality Control Technician for an FMCG food production facility in Stellenbosch, Western Cape. You will perform QC tests on materials, monitor processes, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, documenting all results with meticulous accuracy.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in FMCG QC, familiarity with HACCP/ISO 22000, and strong detail orientation to maintain product integrity.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience as a Quality Control Technician in an FMCG food production environment.
• Knowledge of HACCP, ISO 22000.
• Proficiency in laboratory testing procedures and equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.

Responsibilities
