Job summary

Discovery Limited is looking for a Quality Auditor to perform thorough audits across sales processes and protocols, and to compile timely audit reports. This role focuses on identifying system issues, delivering clear feedback, and recommending improvements.

The team emphasizes calibration sessions and consistent data-driven insights, with a preference for candidates who have prior Discovery Connect sales exposure and a relevant tertiary background.

Qualifications

• Matric – Essential
• Completed relevant tertiary degree – Advantageous
• Minimum 2 years conducting quality audits (from Experience section)
• Discovery Connect Sales experience – Advantageous (from Experience)

Responsibilities

• Auditing of sales processes and protocols accurately.
• Compilation of daily, weekly and monthly reports relating to the audits performed.
• Identifying areas of concern and system related issues.
• Provide feedback on audit findings to team leaders and managers, including disputes/error rates.
• Make recommendations for improvements in systems and processes.
• Host and attend calibration sessions when required.

Job Purpose

To perform quality audits on various functions within Discovery, including the collation of audit data and compilation of reports.

Principal Accountabilities

Education

• Matric – Essential
• Completed relevant tertiary degree – Advantageous

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years conducting quality audits.
• Product knowledge.
• Quality Auditor experience – Advantageous.
• Discovery Connect Sales experience – Advantageous.
