Job summary

Discovery Health is seeking a Quality Auditor from its Talent Pool to perform audits on sales processes and compile audit reports. The role focuses on identifying issues, providing feedback, and driving improvements within the Discovery Service Lab.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of quality audit experience and knowledge of Discovery Connect Sales; a tertiary degree is advantageous and matric is essential. This evergreen role supports Discovery’s mission and values.

Qualifications

• Matric with essential requirements.
• Completed relevant tertiary degree is advantageous.
• Minimum of 2 years conducting quality audits.
• Knowledge of Discovery Connect Sales is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Auditing of sales processes and protocols accurately.
• Compilation of daily, weekly and monthly reports relating to the audits performed.
• Identifying areas of concern and system related issues.
• Provide feedback on audit findings to team leaders, managers, including disputes/error rates.
• Make recommendations for improvements in systems and processes.
• Host and attend calibration sessions when required.

Job Purpose

To perform quality audits on various functions within Discovery, including the collation of audit data

and compilation of reports.

Principal Accountabilities

Education
