The primary purpose of this role is to conduct quality audits of critical business processes. Across the business and provide a DPMO (Defects Per Million Opportunities) score for work processed within Discovery Life Group Risk. The role plays a key part in driving continuous improvement by identifying process gaps, risks, and opportunities, and by recommending innovative solutions that enhance operational efficiency and the quality of outputs. To be successful in this role, you will require strong analytical and technical capabilities, particularly advanced Microsoft Excel skills, as well as excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. You must be detail-oriented, able to interpret complex information, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with demanding deadlines.
The successful candidate must demonstrate the following competencies:
Advanced knowledge and experience in the MS Office products, including Excel, Access and PowerPoint- Deliver informative, well-organized information.
