Job summary

Fairmont seeks a PA Attendant to uphold the highest standards of cleanliness in public hotel areas while delivering exceptional service around the clock. The role reports to the Public Areas Housekeeping Supervisor and requires signing in/out master keys, managing supplies, and maintaining daily checklists.

With at least 2 years of supervisory hotel housekeeping experience and strong organizational skills, you will train staff, handle guest requests professionally, and ensure health & safety

Qualifications

• Fluency in English (verbal & written) essential.
• High school qualification preferred.
• Minimum 2 years experience in a supervisory capacity in a hotel housekeeping environment.
• Proven training skills.
• Strong organizational, supervisory and communication skills.
• Experience with Opera Cloud desirable.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of all guest public areas to a high standard.
• Sign in/out master keys daily.
• Manage supplies and equipment usage responsibly.
• Keep daily check lists updated for assigned areas.
• Assist guests and colleagues in a courteous manner.
