Job summary

The Democratic Alliance is seeking an experienced Provincial Support Services Manager for the Eastern Cape to oversee and coordinate essential province-wide functions. The role involves managing HR, membership, statutory obligations, VRM, candidate selection, performance reviews, facilities, IT, and administrative services.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing large organizations or political party operations is advantageous.
• Strong leadership and strategic planning abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee functions across HR, membership, statutory obligations, VRM, candidate selection, performance assessments, facilities management, information systems & technology, and provincial administration.
• Direct and manage all support staff to ensure efficient province-wide operations.
