Placements24 is seeking a seasoned Regional Operations Director to lead and optimize all operational activities across the Eastern Cape, based in Port Elizabeth. This executive role requires driving operational excellence, ensuring services are delivered efficiently, and achieving strategic business goals for the region.

You will oversee a team of operations managers, establish KPIs, manage regional budgets, and build strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and regulators.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Extensive experience (10+ years) in operations management, with a proven track record in regional leadership.

• Strong financial acumen, with experience in budget management and P&L responsibility.
• Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is required.
