Job summary

Super Group is seeking a seasoned Property Operations and Technical Manager to ensure safe, reliable, and cost-effective operation of the corporate office park and its infrastructure. You will provide technical leadership across electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, fire, vertical transportation, water, energy and building management systems.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years’ experience in property operations, facilities management or building management.
• Experience leading commercial property operations, maintenance programmes and service delivery.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, fire services.

Responsibilities

• Lead Property Project Management from brief to close-out, including budgets and schedules.
• Oversee the property service desk, ensuring timely logging and resolution of requests.
• Provide technical oversight of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire, security).
• Drive asset lifecycle planning, warranties and service contracts.
• Coordinate contractors, service providers and stakeholders across projects.
