Job summary

Super Group International is seeking a Property Operations and Technical Manager to lead the safe, reliable and cost‑effective operation of our corporate office park and building infrastructure. You will oversee electrical, HVAC, plumbing, fire and building‑monitoring systems, coordinating teams, contractors and stakeholders to ensure performance, compliance and efficient service delivery.

The role requires hands‑on leadership, strong governance, and a focus on asset lifecycle, safety and cost

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership across electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, fire, vertical transportation, water, energy and building management systems.
• Oversee property service desk, maintenance programmes and contractor performance.
• Coordinate technical teams, service providers, tenants and stakeholders with governance and reporting.
• Drive continuous improvement of building services and asset lifecycle planning.
