Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Technical Facilities Manager to oversee the operational performance, maintenance, and compliance of assigned facilities. You will lead a technical team, manage day-to-day building systems, and drive energy efficiency while ensuring safety and occupant comfort.

The role requires strong leadership, 7–10 years in facilities management, and knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, and building automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field, or equivalent.
• 7-10 years progressive facilities management experience.
• 3-5 years supervisory/management experience.
• Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety).
• Experience with energy management and sustainability practices.
• Familiarity with CMMS and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day technical operations of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, security, building automation).
• Develop preventive maintenance programs to maximise equipment reliability and lifespan.
• Lead and develop a team of technicians, engineers, and maintenance staff.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and corporate policies.
• Manage vendor contracts, SLAs, and procurement for maintenance services.
• Plan and manage capital budgets and project lifecycle for improvements.
