A property management firm in Gauteng, Pretoria, is looking for someone to manage government tenants' properties. The role encompasses ensuring tenant retention and managing expenses, as well as overseeing the maintenance of the properties. Applicants should have at least a Matric, a 3-year business/property qualification, relevant property management experience, and a Code 08 driver's license.

The purpose of the role is to manage the property and / or premises for government tenants to ensure tenant retention and management of the expenses. The role is secondly responsible for the overall maintenance of the premises and /or building.
