IGrow Wealth Investments is seeking a motivated Booking Agent to join our team in Durbanville, Cape Town or Midrand. You will manage onboarding tenant inspection bookings, schedule inspectors' diaries for entries, exits and quality control inspections, and ensure all clients are contacted to arrange suitable times.

The ideal candidate has Grade 12, at least 1 year of property industry experience, a professional telephone manner, and the ability to follow processes.

Formación

• Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.
• At least 1 year in the property industry.
• Own vehicle and a valid driver’s license.
• Excellent telephone etiquette and professional communication.
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
• Ability to follow processes and escalate correctly.
• Positive, professional attitude.

Responsabilidades

• Book onboarding tenant inspections.
• Schedule inspectors' diaries for entries, exits and QC inspections.
• Coordinate with clients for suitable entry/exit dates and times.
• Obtain landlord approval for QCI attendance and rental deduction.
• Keep the Cape Town QCI sheet updated.
• Assist with application processing when required.
