IGrow Wealth Investments Group of Companies, proudly positioned as South Africa's #1 Investment company, is seeking passionate, driven Rental Agents to join our team in Benoni or Boksburg, Gauteng.

As a Rental Agent at IGrow, you will close deals and earn commission; you won't need to source properties or tenants as we provide stock and leads. We offer a basic salary plus commission structure, enabling ambitious individuals to significantly increase earnings.

Qualificações

• Grade 12/Matric is required.
• NQF4 Real Estate with an FFC certificate is preferred.
• Minimum 2-3 years rental experience.
• Well-organised and deadline-driven.
• Computer literate.
• Self-motivated and energetic.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
• Own transport and valid driver’s licence.
• Able to work after hours and on weekends as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Liaising with tenants and owners.
• Qualifying and vetting tenants.
• Procurement and placement of qualified tenants.
• Marketing rental stock.
• Inspections of residential properties.
• Meeting clients at pre-determined times to show developments available for rent.
• Following up with clients by telephone to convert them to placements.
• Ad hoc duties may be required in the rental department.

• Ability to work well under pressure.

Duties and responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Liaising with tenants and owners.
• Qualifying and vetting tenants.
• Procurement and placement of qualified tenants.

• Following up with those clients by telephone the next day and convert them to successful placements.
• Ad hoc duties may be required at times in the rental department.
