Oostelike Personeel Konsultante is seeking a Centurion-based Property Maintenance Administrator Assistant & Bookkeeper to join a well-established property company on a full-time, permanent basis. You will manage end-to-end property finance administration alongside maintenance coordination.

The role requires 3+ years in property administration or bookkeeping, strong numeracy, Excel proficiency, and strict attention to detail, with a 3-month probation and standard benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ proven experience in property administration or bookkeeping.
• Proficient in MS Excel and property management software.
• Valid South African Driver’s Licence.
• Meticulous with numbers and records.
• Background checks and documentation required.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end property accounting, tenants billing, and reconciliations.
• Coordinate maintenance schedules and vendor quotes.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and site risk analysis.
• Liaise with contractors, tenants, and internal teams.
