Job summary

Hilti South Africa is looking for a Project Sales Specialist to cover Polokwane and Mokopane, working on major mining and construction sites. You will lead solution consulting, demonstrations, and end-to-end support for projects from inception to completion.

You will build strong customer relationships, understand site needs, and provide both technical and commercial guidance while promoting Hilti products, software, and services.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Sales Account Manager/Key Account Manager in mining.
• 2-3 years of sales experience with civil or mechanical background.
• Excellent project management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned large construction jobsites and be a lead point of contact for all matters from inception to completion.
• Develop understanding of relevant applications and suggest right solutions for trades.
• Conduct product demonstrations and explain value for money propositions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders at jobsites and drive key initiatives.
• Conduct seminars, product trainings and workshops for customers to raise awareness of new technologies.
• Troubleshoot problems faced by contractors and provide timely solutions.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to get tasks done on time.
• Identify opportunities for growth and suggest actions to improve business performance.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
• Ensure timely coordination with Sold-to AM to collect receivables.
