Job summary

Hilti South Africa in Limpopo invites applications for a Project Sales Specialist to drive end-to-end solutions on major mining and construction sites. You will visit sites in Polokwane and Mokopane, lead product demonstrations, tailor technical and commercial proposals, and build lasting client relationships while ensuring timely delivery and receivables alignment.

Ideal candidates have mining sales experience, strong project management, and a proactive, collaborative mindset to operate

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a Sales Account Manager / Key Account manager in mining.
• Bachelor's Degree / National Diploma (Civil or Mechanical) with 2-3 years of sales experience.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Exposure in handling constructions jobsites.
• Good collaboration with internal stake holders.
• Self-motivated, willing to learn, highly energetic and a 'can-do' attitude.
• Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude.
• Proven ability to manage customer relationships.
• Proficiency in handling both technical & commercial tasks.
• Superior verbal and written communication skills with excellent interpersonal abilities.
• Good communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Visit large construction jobsites (mining) as the lead point of contact.
• Develop understanding of applications and propose right solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations and explain value for money.
• Collaborate with stakeholders at jobsites and drive initiatives.
• Deliver seminars, trainings and workshops for customers on new technologies.
• Troubleshoot problems and challenges faced by contractors.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery.
• Identify growth opportunities and plan action steps to improve performance.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
• Coordinate with Sold-to AM to collect account receivables.
