Placements24 is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the successful implementation of software products for clients in Tembisa, Gauteng. You will be the primary contact during the implementation phase, managing timelines, resources, and expectations to ensure seamless integration.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and at least five years in software implementation or IT consulting, with strong communication, organization, and client-management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage software implementation projects from initial client onboarding through to final deployment and handover.
• Develop detailed project plans, defining project scope, objectives, deliverables, milestones, and required resources.

• Act as the main liaison between the client and the project team, ensuring clear communication and managing client expectations effectively.
• Identify and track project risks, developing mitigation strategies to minimize potential disruptions.
• Monitor project progress against the plan, reporting on key performance indicators and project status to stakeholders.
• Manage client requirements and scope changes, ensuring proper documentation and change control processes are followed.

Requirements
