Placements24 is seeking a dynamic Project Manager to lead renewable energy infrastructure projects in the Port Elizabeth region. You will oversee the full lifecycle from feasibility to commissioning, coordinating with EPC contractors and internal teams to deliver on time and within budget.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field, 6+ years of PM experience in renewables, and strong leadership and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
• 6+ years of project management experience, with renewable energy.
• Proven ability to deliver complex infrastructure from conception to completion.
• Knowledge of PM methodologies; PMP certification a plus.
• Strong negotiation, communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, execution and closing of renewable energy projects (wind/solar).
• Manage scope, timelines, budgets and resources.
• Coordinate with EPC contractors and engineering teams.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and permitting.
• Conduct risk assessments and mitigation strategies throughout the lifecycle.
• Facilitate stakeholder communication with investors, regulators and communities.
