A leading renewable energy solutions provider is seeking a dynamic Project Manager based in Cape Town to plan and oversee energy and water projects across South Africa. The role demands an engineering professional with at least 3 years of renewable energy experience and a proven track record in managing solar, battery storage, and hydro projects. This position offers a highly competitive salary based on experience and includes national travel requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in Renewable Energy or Construction Management.
• Experience with planning and overseeing Energy and/or Water projects.
• Project management experience from concept to completion.
• Experience with Solar PV systems (design, installation, commissioning).
• Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) experience.
• Hydro or other renewable energy technologies exposure.
• Project management experience from concept to completion.
• Construction site management and supervision experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee energy and water projects across South Africa.
• Manage cutting-edge projects in solar, battery storage, hydro, and energy efficiency sectors.
• Supervise construction sites and ensure project timelines are met.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years' experience in Renewable Energy and/ or Construction Management
• Experience with planning and overseeing Energy and/or Water projects

Highly Advantageous

• Project Management qualification (PMP, PRINCE2, or similar)
