Placements24 is seeking a dedicated Project Manager for on-site leadership of renewable energy initiatives in Richards Bay, KwaZulu-Natal. You will oversee all phases from feasibility to handover, coordinating engineering teams, regulators, and contractors to meet scope, schedule, and budget requirements.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years of renewable energy project management, strong budgeting skills for large-scale projects, and fluency with MS Project and Primavera.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil) or related technical discipline.
• Minimum 6 years of proven project management experience, with renewable energy focus (solar, wind).
• Experience managing project budgets of R5 million or more.
• Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
• Experience with PPA negotiations and relevant regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

About the Role
