Job summary

AECOM in Durban seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead multidisciplinary teams on infrastructure projects. You will manage delivery, budgets and schedules, and ensure BIM/PM standards are met on complex assignments.

Your duties include client relationship management, supporting bids, and coordinating with disciplines to deliver quality, on-time results while guiding staff development and ensuring compliance with SACPCMP and CAPM where applicable.

Qualifications

• Honours degree in built environment with 4+ years' post-graduate experience.
• B-Tech degree in built environment with 5+ years' post-graduate experience.
• National Higher Diploma in built environment with 6+ years' post-graduate experience.
• National Diploma in built environment with 7+ years' post-graduate experience.
• PM-related qualification with 5+ years' post-graduate experience.

Responsibilities

• Acts as Team Manager on small to medium projects and coordinates activity.
• Provides input to budgets and schedules and ensures PM/BIM compliance.
• Supports business development, bids, and client communications.
• Coordinates with other disciplines to deliver on project requirements.
• Monitors project delivery and ensures quality and timely outcomes.

B-Tech degree in built environment field of study

National Higher Diploma in built environment field of study

National Diploma in built environment field of study

Tertiary qualification in Project Management related field of study
