Metso Corporation in Centurion, South Africa, is seeking a Project Manager, Grinding to join our Project Delivery Grinding team. Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of minerals grinding projects, including planning, coordination, execution, monitoring, and close-out.
• Ensure health, safety, and environmental compliance throughout all phases of project delivery.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact and proactively resolving issues.
• Manage project scope, contract requirements, change control processes, and project interfaces.
• Take responsibility for project budgets, profitability, forecasting, cost control, and financial reporting.
• Coordinate engineering, procurement, fabrication, construction, and resource activities to meet schedules and objectives.
• Identify, assess, and manage project risks and implement corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives.

JOB TITLE: PROJECT MANAGER, GRINDING BASED IN CENTURION, SOUTH AFRICA

We're looking for a Project Manager, Grinding to join our Project Delivery Grinding team. Your work will play a key part in delivering complex technical projects while supporting sustainable growth and long-term customer partnerships.

You will report to the Manager, Project Delivery Grinding.

This role will be based in Centurion, South Africa, with a hybrid working model.

You will join our Project Delivery Grinding team, working closely with Engineering, Supply Chain, Procurement, Construction, Contract Management, Sales, customers, and cooperation partners. The team is focused on delivering high-quality grinding solutions and successful project outcomes across the mining and minerals processing industry.

What you'll do
