Job Title: Dealer Support Technician , Centurion , South Africa
We are looking for a Dealer Support Technician to join our MPP Aftermarket team within the Services business in the Africa organization.
You will report to the Global Technical & Product Support Manager.
This role is based in Centurion, South Africa, with a hybrid working model.
You will spend part of your time working alongside the local distributor and will undertake local and international travel as required.
You will join the MPP Aftermarket team and work closely with colleagues based in the USA, as well as dealers, customers, Technical Support, Engineering, Manufacturing, Sales, and Quality teams. The team is focused on delivering responsive support and creating value throughout the equipment lifecycle.
