You will lead end-to-end execution of minerals grinding projects, coordinating engineering, procurement, fabrication, construction, and more, while ensuring health, safety and environmental compliance.

The role involves building client relationships, managing budgets and schedules, and delivering projects in international environments with a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in EPC/M project management within mining and minerals processing environments.
• Experience delivering complex technical projects in international environments.
• Strong leadership, planning, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Professional communication skills in English.
• Ability to work across diverse cultures, stakeholders and matrix organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of minerals grinding projects, including planning, coordination, execution, monitoring, and close-out.
• Ensure health, safety, and environmental compliance throughout all phases of project delivery.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact and proactively resolving issues.
• Manage project scope, contract requirements, change control processes, and project interfaces.
• Take responsibility for project budgets, profitability, forecasting, cost control, and financial reporting.
• Coordinate engineering, procurement, fabrication, construction, and resource activities to meet schedules and objectives.
• Identify, assess, and manage project risks and implement corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and collaborate with internal/external stakeholders in a matrix organization.
