About the Role

Our client, a dynamic real estate developer and management company, is seeking a dedicated Project Manager to oversee construction and facilities management projects in the Vereeniging, Gauteng area. This role is crucial for managing the development, renovation, and maintenance of commercial and residential properties. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and within budget. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction project management and a keen eye for detail in facilities upkeep. This is a hands‑on role requiring on‑site presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of construction projects, from initial design and planning to execution and final handover.
• Develop detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
