Placements24 is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead a portfolio of construction projects in Randburg, Gauteng. You will oversee planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution while maintaining client relationships and ensuring top quality across multiple sites.

The role requires 7–10 years in construction project management, strong knowledge of contract management, and proficiency with MS Project or Primavera P6. Based in Randburg, a relocation-ready candidate will be preferred.

About the Role

Our client, a leading developer and construction firm, is seeking a seasoned and results‑oriented Project Manager to oversee a portfolio of exciting construction projects in Randburg, Gauteng. This critical role requires a leader with a comprehensive understanding of all phases of the construction process, from initial planning and budgeting to execution and closeout. The Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while maintaining strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities

• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, contract management, and financial oversight.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6).
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making capabilities.
• Professional registration (e.g., Pr. CM, Pr. Eng) is a significant advantage.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to the Randburg area.
