Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in construction.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, building materials, and project management methodologies.
• Experience with project management software (MS Project, Primavera).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong financial acumen and budget management skills.
• Relevant professional qualifications or certifications in construction management or project management are desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, balancing on-site and office duties.
