This role is paramount to the successful execution of commercial construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and within budget while maintaining superior quality. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in managing diverse construction teams, coordinating complex schedules, and overseeing all site operations. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all aspects of commercial construction projects from conception to completion.
• Develop and implement detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.

Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of experience in construction management, with a strong focus on commercial construction .
• Proven ability to manage complex projects, including office buildings, retail spaces, and mixed-use developments.
• Excellent knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry best practices.
• Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project) and CAD software.
• Experience with contract administration and negotiation.
• Strong financial acumen and experience in budget management.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to make critical decisions under pressure.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as needed within the Randburg, Gauteng region.
