You will serve as the technical subject matter expert for the Healthcare business line, collaborating directly with sales, maintenance teams, facility managers, and clients to resolve complex technical challenges and deliver reliable solutions. Drive strategic operational initiatives including regulatory compliance and Execution Infrastructure Systems (EIS) campaigns while actively partnering across the organization to guarantee that all operations strictly align with local healthcare regulations and Air Liquide Integrated Management System (AL IMS) standards.## * Responsible for managing all Project related aspects of the Healthcare Business line.* Project Management - Estimating from conception, to project completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to regulatory & quality standards.* To provide support to the Sales team with equipment design, technical specification & implementation.* Support Maintenance team for all existing & new equipment installed.* Implement Air Liquide’s Safety and Quality Standards* Work closely with IMS coordinator to implement Technical standards for Healthcare operations## \\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_## ## Are you a MATCH?* University degree in engineering, chemistry, etc.* More than 5 years of experience in the Healthcare field (project management, engineering, etc.)* SACGA Registered for medical Gasses* Very good communication & administrative skillsKnowledge and Know-how specific to the job* Project management principles (e.g. Planning and Budgeting)* SABS, OHS ACT & SANS regulations as applicable* Pipe system design and construction.* Technical knowledge on equipment and applications for cryogenic gasses* Risk assessment methods (e.g. HAZOP)**Our Differences make our Performance**At Air Liquide, we are committed to build a diverse and inclusive workplace that embraces the diversity of our employees, our customers, patients, community stakeholders and cultures across the world.
