Job summary

Air Liquide Healthcare (Pty) Ltd in Gauteng seeks a Project Leader - Medgas Technical Specialist to own medical gas estimates and drive projects from design to completion. You will serve as the technical SME for healthcare, collaborating with sales, maintenance teams, facility managers, and clients to resolve complex challenges and deliver reliable solutions.

You will drive regulatory compliance and Execution Infrastructure Systems campaigns while ensuring AL IMS standards are met.

Qualifications

University degree in engineering or chemistry.
5+ years of Healthcare project management/engineering experience.
SACGA Registered for medical Gases.
Strong communication and administrative skills.
Knowledge of SABS, OHS ACT & SANS regulations.
Pipe system design and construction.
Technical knowledge on cryogenic gas equipment and applications.
HAZOP risk assessment experience.

Responsibilities

Project management from conception to completion, ensuring on-time, within-budget delivery to regulatory and quality standards.
Provide support to Sales with equipment design, technical specifications & implementation.
Support Maintenance team for all existing and new equipment installed.
Implement Air Liquide’s Safety and Quality Standards; work with IMS coordinator to enforce Technical standards.
