Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in construction engineering or project management.
• Proficiency in CAD software and engineering design tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers in planning and coordinating project activities, including scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Provide technical engineering support throughout the project lifecycle, from design review to on-site execution.
• Review engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents to ensure compliance with project requirements and industry standards.
• Manage and supervise construction activities on-site, ensuring adherence to engineering best practices and quality control measures.
• Conduct site inspections and quality assurance checks to identify and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Monitor project progress, report on technical milestones, and assist in the preparation of progress reports.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations on site.
• Manage the procurement and delivery of construction materials and equipment, ensuring timely availability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve engineering challenges that arise during the construction phase.
